Mr. Elrafih has more than 30 years experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Founder and President of Elera Laboratories Inc. Elera provides services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Prior to that, Mr. Elrafih was Vice President, Manufacturing Operations for Bioniche Life Sciences Inc (1984-2014). Mr. Elrafih managed all manufacturing and plant operations for Bioniche in Canada, Ireland, Australia and the USA. He has extensive experience in design, construction and retrofitting of facilities to GMP standards. Mr. Elrafih oversaw the design, construction and validation of a number of facilities in Canada, Ireland and Australia.
